Having worked for Torrent Trackside for over 27 years I have had the opportunity to do a number of roles and progress up through the business. The job roles I have had include Fitter, Trainer, Technical Sales, Depot Manager, Regional Account Manager and most recently I have been promoted to the role of Service Delivery Manager – South. This has broadened my experience and has given me a valuable insight into how different parts of the business are run. I like the fact that I am not chained to my desk and it’s not unusual to find myself trackside at 2am on a Saturday morning responding to a customer request.
