About your Application

We acknowledge all applications, however if you have not heard back from us within 3 days of your application, please feel free to call our recruitment team on 01423 852308 to check that we have received your application.

We understand the importance of keeping you informed of the progress of your application, and we work with the recruiting manager to ensure applications are reviewed on a weekly basis. In most cases you should hear from us within 10 days, but with some roles it can be longer.

About the Interview

We want you to feel comfortable and confident at your interview, as we want to get to know the real you. In most of our branches and depots, work wear is provided. We leave it to you to ensure you dress in a way that is suitable and appropriate to the role you are applying for.

At the start of your interview, we will outline what will happen, giving you an idea of the structure of the meeting. You can expect a series of questions, that are designed to help us understand your previous experience and your suitability for the role you have applied for. The interview is a great opportunity for you to find out more about the role, what it’s like to work at Vp plc and to meet some of our people.

We appreciate the time and effort people put into their applications, and it's only right that you should know if you have been unsuccessful. We will always let you know the outcome of your application, and we aim to do this within a week of your interview.

As part of the application process we will ask you for your permission to retain your details.
