The first thing you will experience at Vp plc is our induction. In some of our businesses this will be a dedicated two day induction, with other new starters, and in other roles the induction will start on day one, and continue during your first few weeks with us.
We want you to settle into the role, so we will hold regular review meetings to ensure things are going well. We want you to both enjoy your work and really do it well, so we will provide the necessary training to enable you to do this.
