Northern Hire Desk of the Year

The Northern Hire Desk winner of the year has been awarded to Sian Kirk who is pictured below receiving her prize from Alan Cronin (Operations Director).
Sharon Thorpe (Regional Hire Manager – North) comments on why Sian won the award:
“Sian has come a long way this year, maturing and adapting into her role. She has motivation, commitment and motivates her team around her. The team she has helped build is strong and as assisted in saving the business £210K this year. Without her commitment and dedication this would have been harder to achieve. She has taken on new concepts, new working practices and run with them with capability, and adaptability and confidence. She questions everything around her and understands the role she has adapted into. She has proven her dedication and commitment to the business and the team over the last year.”
The awards took place on Friday 15th April at the Owlerton Dog Stadium which was attended by all of the Northern Hire Desk including the three nominees for the award; Sian Kirk, Michael Segger and Sam Beaumont.
